Midweek Missions

Each year, Midweek Missions provide complete dinners for 20 families through the Gladden Community House. The children spend several weeks collecting all the necessary canned goods and to finish the baskets off, we need frozen turkeys donated, along with disposable roasting pans. Please consider donating one (or more) frozen turkeys and pans. The turkeys can be dropped off at North in the walk-in cooler on Sunday, November 24 between 8:30 am-12:30 pm or Monday, November 25 by 11 am. We will then deliver the baskets to the families.

Heart to Heart food pantry

The food pantry at First Community South aims to provide 20 Thanksgiving food boxes to clients this year. First Community Deacons will gather on November 20 to assemble boxes and add personal touches for the food pantry. Distributions of the boxes will occur during the drive-thru on November 21 and 26.
