Camp Akita
This Giving Tuesday is for the campers! Camp Akita’s annual fundraiser will sponsor upgrades to our floating lake toys. Excitement for summer 2022 will be at an all-time high when we add two 20’ Water Bouncers, an Aqua Log, and a Water Woosh, all made by RAVE Sports. Together, these elements will create a floating island that will allow campers to jump, slide, and splash in their favorite place!
Akita Alumni know we have had similar beloved lake toys in the past. We’re excited that RAVE Sports has upgraded its technology so that products are durable, easy to maintain, and (of course) safe to use. We can’t wait to see 2022 campers balance their way across the whole island and compete during the Water Regatta!
During the month of December, a generous donor is matching all donations up to $10,000. Now is the time to give: your $25 gift becomes $50! We welcome donations large and small. Any remaining funds will go directly to our Camp Akita Scholarship Fund so that all campers can enjoy Camp Akita this summer!
