Sunday, September 27, will be a special day at First Community Church as we celebrate 100 years of worship at our south location. Join us for one of two special worship services at 9:00 am or 11:00 am in the sanctuary at FC South.
Throughout the services, we’ll incorporate elements of worship from the 1920’s as we remember and celebrate the generations who have helped shape our church over the past century.
We’ll also take time to honor our newest 40-year members and welcome new members into our congregation, celebrating both the legacy of those who have been part of our church for decades and the people who will carry that legacy into the future.
Between the two services, we’ll gather for a reception – a time to share food and fellowship and celebrate the people and stories that have made First Community what it is today.
Parking and Shuttle Information Off-site parking will be available at 1600 Riverside Drive, located at the corner of Riverside Drive and W. Fifth Avenue. Shuttle transportation will be provided to and from First Community South. Shuttles will run continuously from 8:00 am through 1:30 pm, making it easy to attend either worship service and enjoy the reception between services.
