We will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, annually. We do not operate a Thanksgiving Basket program, but may be able to refer you to programs that can help.
Christmas Assistance Program
For our third year of this program, we took applications from pantry clients and accepted 37 families. Seven families were chosen by the Adopt-a-family program that our middle and high school youth run every December.
The remaining 30 families had the opportunity to shop during one of two shifts in our Christmas Presence event in the in the Community Outreach Annex building at our South Campus. With your help, we were able to raise $3500 toward the event. These families got to experience Christmas shopping and wrapping for their own families at the Tri-Village Trading Post, allowing us to let the families experience the joy of finding the perfect gifts and the items they most need.
On December 14 and 17, we got the opportunity to sit with clients, chatting while enjoying cocoa and donated baked goods and we helped their children make and pick out gifts while their parents shopped downstairs. It was a great success and we cannot wait to do it again next year! View pictures on Instagram from the event.

- Donate new or gently used toys to Tri-Village Trading Post.
- Donate baked goods to be enjoyed by volunteers and clients at the event.
